"We Are the World" est une chanson caritative de 1985 écrite par Michael Jackson et Lionel Richie, produite par Quincy Jones et enregistrée par le groupe de musiciens USA for Africa. Ce titre a eu pour objectif caritatif de collecter des fonds pour lutter contre la famine en Éthiopie. Le projet (album, vidéoclip, single) a rapporté 50 millions de dollars pour la cause qu'il voulait défendre.
